Sale items are not eligible for Return/Exchange/Refund.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return the item. We have a 5 days  return policy. You need to inform us within 5 days of receiving the product.

How to request for a return?

We will get in touch with in 24 hours after receiving the request.

We only accept exchange/return/refund if –

Wrong product has been delivered.
Damaged product has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return ,you need the proof/receipt of purchase. You also need to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags, packaging should remain intact and the product should be unworn/unused.

An unpacking video will be considered as a pre-requisite for any type of return/refund/exchange. Please attach raw pictures, videos of damaged product along with unpacking video in the mail while requesting for exchange/return/refund.

Any refund/return will be processed after reviewing the returned product.

If the return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label with in 24-48 hours, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.

We request you to pack the return parcel securely. Any damages caused during return transit will result into denial of the Return/Refund or Exchange request.

Refund- Within 24-48 hours of receiving the product, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

The company holds every right to reject Return/refund if the item does not meet the quality parameters/ does not pass the quality check. In case , we receive damaged or used or soiled product , you will no longer be eligible for exchange or return. The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged. No refunds will be provided to you.

Can I return/refund products purchased on sale or discount?

No, return/refund will not be initiated if you have purchased products on sale or discount.

If you have purchased an item which has a free gift with it and you wish to return the main item, the free gift also needs to be returned in order to process the required refund.

Some products like jewelry, lingerie and selected products which are susceptible to damage and are worth below Rs.699 cannot be returned or exchanged .

Cool Fairy will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. If an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Cool Fairy would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Customer.

Can I opt for a refund or a replacement for Replaced product?

No, the product can be only replaced once.
